Refund Policy

Returns / Exchanges

Most items for sale at Sports and Fit Life carry a 14-day guarantee, with some exceptions for perishable goods, electronic downloads / software, Gift Cards, intimate / sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and some health and personal care items. We only broker the return and refund between the customer and supplier/vendor.  Please DO NOT return sale item(s) as only regular priced items may be refunded.

To be eligible for a full or partial refund, item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging.  Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to the following address:

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning item(s) and that cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Item(s) returned for Exchange (broken/damaged) take a considerable amount of time depending on where you live.  We will make every effort to accommodate a timely return, however, you may not receive the exchange for 30-60 days.

Full / Partial Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a determination will be made regarding the status of a full or partial refund.  A partial refund may be afforded if the item(s) were not in original condition or media (book, CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, etc.) with obvious signs of use.  Then, we will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund.  If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original method of payment.  Please allow several days for a refund to be posted before contacting your bank / credit card company.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
